"Mother Earth Calls"
Lyrics from Mother Earth Calls

Mother Earth Calls (E. Frances/Holographic Donuts BMI)

Let your love flow
Feel the sap arisin’
Sun streams
Clear the mist away
Mother Earth calls
Calls you to awaken
Calls you to awaken
On this beautiful day

When the dawn breaks
Feel the resurrection
When Earth wakes
Open your heart
Soul streams
Spirit’s exultation
Spirit feeds your heart
Set your deep love free

She calls you to remember
From the deeps, the deeps of Her seas
Calls you to the mountains
From Her peaks, Her peaks you can see
Mother Earth calls
Calls you to the fountain
Drink deep, remember
Who you are today

Keyboard: Paul Duffy
Bass: Mark Murphy
Guitar: Ken McGloin
Drums: Mike Kimmel

Oh Yeah! (E. Frances/Holographic Donuts BMI)

Oh yeah, oh yeah
In each and every one
Oh yeah, oh yeah
A star shines, it’s our Sun

In each and every one of us
There’s a guiding star
Greets us in the morning
Reminds us of who we are

Came with us before our birth
Guides us every day
Shines it’s light in front of us
When we lose our way

Shines it’s light behind us
To show us where we’ve been
Shines it’s light within us
Reminds us we’re all kin

We are all related
We all are One
We are all related
Our Father is the Sun

Kinship is remembering
Who we really are
A fountain of light connected to
All life near and far

Problems come if we forget
About our celestial home
Think we’re cast upon this Earth
To do no more than roam

We are here to remember
Evolve and shine our light
Twinkle and bring our beauty to
Each day and every night

Plan-It (E. Frances/Holographic Donuts BMI)

We’re here to learn to listen
Here to learn to hear
Here to learn to plan it
A planet without fear

We’re hear to learn our story
Here to tell our tales
Here to love each other
To wish each other well

We’re here to join the pageant
Here to learn to play
Here to join each other
In a new cosmic day

We’re here to share our Spirit
Here to sing our songs
Celebrate each other
Know we all belong

We’re here to teach each other
Heal our planet Earth
Our sisters and our brothers
Insure a peaceful birth
Into a new way of being
New way of seeing
New way of opening all our eyes

Refrain
See the beauty, hear the cries
Walk through forests
Gaze at skies

Keyboards: Don Yacullo
Vocals: Esther Frances

Gaia (E. Frances/Holographic Donuts BMI)

Chorus:
Ga-ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-ya
Ga-ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-ya
Ga-ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-ya
Gaia is our home!

Gaia is a living cathedral
Gaia is Spirit incarnate
Gaia is redwoods and wonder
Gaia is a golden gate

Gaia is graceful grasses
Gaia is meadows in bloom
Gaia is ravens flying
Gaia is parrots and loons

Gaia is invisible kingdoms
Too small for the eye to see
Gaia is bacteria, protoctista
All part of Earth’s chemistry

Gaia is wind and water
Gaia is rocks and streams
Gaia is seashells and sunsets
Gaia is a living dream

Gaia is fantasy and fungus
Gaia is honey and poems
Gaia is apples and oranges
Gaia is our home

Backing vocals: Amy Fradon
Piano Bass: Paul Duffy

Bacteria (Holograhic Donuts/BMI)

We’ve denigrated and condemned you
Not knowing we’re in the same stew
This cosmic kettle of life on Earth
Is filled to the brim with you!

It’s time to appreciate the microchemistry
That is the key to our sustainability
Billions of years before we were born
Microorganisms sang this song

Humans think we’re the top of the heap
Yet we never, ever, could be complete
Without these tiny creatures
That make up our form
We pay them tribute
As we sing this song

3.5 billion years ago
Bacteria came forth to join the show
Billion 8 million years later crisis arose
Imagine! Oxygen was the foe!

Here’s how the story goes
Oxygen was a poison,
Long before we had a nose
Bacteria adapted, learned how to breathe it
Because of them we are here to sneeze it!

Chorus:
Bacteria (chook-a-chook-a) bacteria
Bacteria (chook-a-chook-a) bacteria

Alchemist’s Song (E. Frances/Holographic Donuts BMI)

We all are alchemists
We are the chemistry
To finally create peace on Earth
Set our Soul’s love free

Let’s open up our hearts and minds
Embrace diversity
Appreciate our differences
We are all meant to be

It’s now the time to usher in
A brand new chivalry
Respect and care throughout the Earth
For the whole community
We are one web of life
Our purpose is to weave
A tapestry that’s full of love
Divine Luminosity

We all are alchemists
We are the chemistry
To finally put an end to war
Set our deep love free

Let’s begin with inner peace
It starts with me and you
As we release our hidden fears
Our worries and our doubts
Bring deep acceptance to what is
Transform the world with love
The choice is in each one of us
It’s up to me to be
The peaceful presence I wish to meet
In the world outside of me

It’s now the time to usher in
A brand new chivalry
Respect and care throughout the Earth
For the whole community
We are one web of light
Our purpose is to weave
A tapestry full of love
Divine Luminosity
A tapestry full of love
Throughout the whole community!

Every Body Is Sacred (E. Frances/Holographic Donuts BMI)

Every body is sacred
Everybody’s divine
Every body is sacred
From the same Great Mind

Every human is sacred
Every human’s divine
Every human is sacred
We are called human-kind

‘Cause we’re meant to be loving
We’re meant to be wise
We’re meant to be roving
‘Neath our vast blue sky

We’re meant to discover
Our planet anew
In time to recover
In time to renew

Awaken to kindness
Awaken to care
For all of our planet
With courage we dare

Love the whole human family
One species, one herd
Among many others
Plants, fishes and birds

We’re all really one family
One family of light
Put together on this planet
To learn all about life

It’s a universal story
We wake from our sleep
Glad our nightmare is over
We can now live in peace

Underground River (E. Frances/Holographic Donuts BMI)

There’s an underground river
Deeper than the sea
An underground river
Eyes cannot see

An underground river
Deep and wide
Underground river
Where parts of us hide

Take me down, down
To the underworld in me
Down, down
To my inner mysteries
Down, down
Where I can meet again
Deaths I have died
Lives I’ve lived
Take me down to remember
Down to heal
Down to my center
This river that reveals
Answers to my questions
Frees my frozen pain
Down to recover
My life force again

Chorus:
Find your inner river
Journey to the sea
Find the One Life playing
Many parts as you and me
Compassion can then flourish
Rise up by going down
To that underground river
‘Neath each nation and each town

Go down to rise up
Down to feel
Down to meet our shadows
Down so we can heal
Down so we can rise up
Down so we can see
Down to break our bondage
Down to rise up free

Go down to rise up
Down to see
This river that connects us
Feeds the mystery
Beneath the surface story
Is another deeper tale
We find our inner river
Journey to the sea
  	Chorus

I Bow to the Wonder (E. Frances/Holographic Donuts BMI)

I bow to the wonder of the rainbow
Bow to the bounty of the plains
Sing the songs of the seasons
Dance in the falling rains

Our shadow trapped us in its darkness
Our tears fell wet as dew
Our sorrow caught us in its anguish
We forgot the rainbow’s hues

Today is a Thanksgiving
Emerging like the Sun
Dispelling gray clouds hovering
Glad to be among

Glad to be among the living
Glad to feel a new refrain
Glad to emerge from the darkness
Glad to move through our pain

Thankful for the loved ones in our lives
Remembering we are all “One Life”
Each and every color is full of grace
Each and every species has its place

I bow to the wonder of the rainbow
Bow to the bounty of the plains
Sing the songs of the seasons
Dance in the falling rain

Here is my offering for this moment
This song that you send through me
I offer it as a prayer and a healing
Although I’m not on bended knee

Please heal all our relations
Return to peace and serenity
Fill our coffers with golden
Love and harmony
Fill our coffers with golden
Love and harmony

Spirit Within It All (E. Frances/Holographic Donuts BMI)

We are the Spirit within it all
We are the Spirit within it all
We are the Spirit within it all
We are the Spirit within it all

Mother, Mother carry me
Carry me through the Mystery
Mother, Mother cradle me
Rock me in Moon’s mysteries

Father, Father talk to me
Talk to me of the Mystery
Father, Father, speak to me
Shine your sunlight over me

Brother, brother, walk with me
Walk with me through the Mystery
Brother, brother, friends are we
      Complimentary harmony

Sister, sister, cry with me
Cry with me in empathy
I cry with you, cry with me
      Deep within our Souls
We are the Spirit within our Souls
We are the Spirit within our Souls
We are the Spirit within our Souls
	  Deep within our Souls

Children, children, can’t you see
Your home is divinity
      Within you, within me
Spirit’s revealing its ecstacy

Partners, partners all are we
We are all one family
Mother Earth, Father Sky
We give thanks to be alive

The Tree of Life has many roots
Branches, leaves and new green shoots
We are One, each leaf is all
We are the Spirit within it all!

Spaceship Earth (E. Frances/Holographic Donuts BMI)

We are moving through space
On a living jewel
Amply supplied
By our star's cosmic fuel

Planet Earth
She looks like a jewel
Let's create love
Let friendship rule

See the miracle that you are
Let your love shine like a star
Please let yourself be pleased to be
Celebrate the miracle of you and me

We can choose to appreciate
Awaken our senses, it's not too late
To seek the wisdom of crystal caves
See the wonder of azure waves

See through the eyelashes of the stars
Then you’ll recognize who you are
Space is here and space is “t-here”
Sacred space is everywhere!

We are a star, we are a tree
That’s holographic reality
I am you and you are me
Let’s see through false duality

It’s beyond up and down
It’s beyond square or round
It’s beyond scarcity
It’s embracing diversity

It’s beyond right or wrong
It’s beyond weak and strong
It’s within you and me
We are the living Mystery

See the miracle! Yes, you are!
Shine your love, like a star
Be free, be pleased to be
Celebrate the miracle of you and me

Bass: Mark Murphy

Earth Is My Cathedral (E. Frances/Holographic Donuts BMI)

Chorus
Earth is my cathedral
I worship as I walk
Earth is my cathedral
Nature is Her talk
Earth is my cathedral
Magnificent to see
Earth is my cathedral
A wondrous place to be

My eyes reach out in gratitude
For the glories I see
I’m surrounded by a wonderland
Water, rocks and trees

Days I’m filled with ecstasy
Nights filled with praise
Blessings and beauty
Grace our every day

Miracles surround me
Miracles abound
We are a living miracle
Like stars, rain and ground

Open your inner ear

We are one with everything
Earth, wind and sky
